If you’d like to experience one of our styles or feel the fabric before making your purchase, we’ve got you covered!
We are pleased to offer a try-on-at-home service with our sample dresses, available across the UK.
- Local brides (Newcastle upon Tyne area): we can bring the dress directly to your home and assist with styling recommendations.
- Brides in other UK cities: we’ll ship the sample dresses to your address and guide you virtually.
Our sample dresses come in one size (usually comparable to UK 10–12). With our try-on tools, the fit can be adjusted to suit sizes S–L.
Try-On Fee: £25 for the first dress, £15 for each additional dress (non-refundable).
Shipping Fee: varies depending on the dress (non-refundable; return shipping not included).
How It Works

Order both items:
- Sample Try-On Service (covers the try-on fee)
- Sample Dress Deposit (refundable once the dress is returned in its original condition).
- Shipping Fee (shown at checkout for each dress).
- Love the sample? You can keep it—just pay the difference (dress price minus your deposit).
- Ordering a new gown? We’ll deduct £25 from your purchase.
- Want to try more than one style? Please purchase a deposit for each dress, plus the try-on fee and shipping fee.
Important Notes
- Please do not wear tanning creams, makeup, or other products that may stain the dress.
- If you experience difficulty zipping or buttoning the dress, please contact us before attempting further adjustments, so we can assist and prevent any damage.
