The skirt is fashioned with three laters; an interior nylon slip with attached tulle ruffle at the hem adds fullness at the bottom of the dress, a middle nylon layer and the outer fine mesh. Fabrics are nylon and polyester, there is some stretch to the fabrics. Condition: The straps were crudely shortened, they are hand stitched (not professionally) to

Fabrics are nylon and polyester, there is some stretch to the fabrics.
Condition: The straps were crudely shortened, they are hand stitched (not professionally) to the bodice in front, not detectable from the outside. Also there are a few pulls/snags in the nylon of the straps where it looks like some pins may have been put in and then taken out leaving behind tiny snags. The straps are sound.
