Easy to care flowering plant.
- Spider Lily-Hymenocallis could thrive well when kept in presence of full sunlight to partial shade. Water them moderately, that means only after checking the topsoil (2.5 - 5 cm) whether its dry or not. Water thoroughly in summer but gradually reduce it during the rainy or winter season. Soils that are supposed to be used must be well-drained sandy loam. Ideal temperature for their healthy growth is 20 to 35 degree Celsius. In terms of feeding, apply balanced liquid fertilizer every 2 weeks especially during spring and summer.
Contains medicinal values.
- Apart from ornamental benefits, Spider Lily-Hymenocallis does have some effective medicinal values too. They are conventionally used as an emetic consisting of cytotoxic, anti-neoplastic and anti-viral properties.
Excellent air purifying indoor plant.
- It has been proven by NASA (The National Aeronautics and Space Administration) that while keeping the Spider Lily-Hymenocallis as an indoor plant could result in good air quality in your surroundings. This is because they are best at absorbing formaldehyde coming out of electronics or laptops and it also cleans up other harmful toxins. Thus, making an excellent environment for your indoor spaces.
It’s not a pet-friendly plant.

Gumby is a hit!

The dogs LOVE their Gumby toys! Do I expect them to last long? Not with this dog. In fact, the dog pictured began chewing Gumby's arm off shortly after this photo and had to be redirected, given a chew, and the Amazon box to shred before trying Gumby again. However, if your dog is like my Boston and more gentle on soft toys then this toy will last a long time. Her Gumby remains fully intact and loved. So, if you're buying this, just know your dog's style of play and how they treat soft toys, then purchase with reasonable expectations. I knew my wild man would destroy this, he destroys the tough made stuffies, but he has fun doing it and you can't beat the $3 price.
Overall it's a cute toy at a good price. It's fun to play fetch with it in the house, but I wouldn't tug at it. Playing tug could rip it.

GREAT for small dogs!
Size: 6 inches - Plush Gumby
My Pekingese, Yuki, has tiny and shallow jaws. So, it’s tough to find toys she can hold, let alone squeak. But “Gumby” was a surprise, and a fast favorite.
The fur is pleasantly smooth, vs. dense. It seems to help. The front/back are somewhat flattened. That seems to help, too. The squeaker is strategically placed…. Thus, she can easily mouth the neck/head area, regardless of the arm placement to easily squeak away….
And what fun to twirl. I’ll grab an arm, and spin her in circles. It’s wonderfully stitched. Nary a worry about an arm coming off.
A truly quality toy…. Purchase for your wee one with confidence!

After a good scrub, the dogs love them!

These gumby toys are flexible rubber, and exactly what you'd expect for the price. I ordered three to replace two that had been gifts well loved by my dogs.
I read reviews mentioning smell, but wasn't really prepared for it when the package arrived. They all arrived zip tied to a paperboard backing. They all smelled like a fine fragrance designed for robots - like burning motor oil with floral undertones - and the zip ties were stained a sickly green wherever they touched Gumby. Initially, my dogs wanted nothing to do with them, even after a good scrub. I left them to air out in the shed for a few days and then ran them through the dishwasher (without cleanser!) and they were good to go.
My dogs love these toys. I know they're not going to last long! I know the arms will get yanked or chewed off first, and then the corner of Gumby's head will go missing. Eventually, his head will be ripped into tiny pieces and strewn about my living room. I know that, sooner or later (and probably sooner!), Gumby will be little more than a torso with weird square legs. And that's okay, because that means my dogs enjoyed the toy.
People complaining about a $7 flexible rubber toy not being appropriate for heavy chewers don't understand what dogs need, or what dog toys are for. Part of the satisfaction that chewing brings for dogs is also shredding. Dogs destroy stuff. Some more than others. It's what they do. No toy will last forever if it's used! But I have five dogs, including bully breeds and a Saint Bernard, plus two occasional visitors, and these toys have lasted longer than expected (even if their arms are off in minutes!)
The dogs in the pictures are 90 and 120 pounds, modeling both a well loved older Gumby and a brand new one.

Perfect for my terrier, he loves it.
Size: 6 inches - Plush Pokey
Has to be one of my pups favorite toys. He loves having it thrown for him. It is small enough that my toddler can play with the dog. Very durable, it gets played with every day for hours at a time.
